現地拠点における対面選考、学位・教員資格の原本確認、および身元照会を通じ、厳正な適格性審査を実施いたします。
In-country interview panels, verification of degrees and teaching credentials, and background review conducted at our regional hubs.

研修・定着支援事業
Training & Settlement Support
赴任前の日本語・生活文化研修、着任後の住居手配、行政手続き支援、および継続的な就業相談を提供いたします。
Pre-departure language and cultural orientation, housing arrangement, administrative assistance and ongoing professional counselling.

国際交流・調査研究
Exchange & Research
日ア間の教育交流会議の開催、語学教育に関する調査研究、および教育委員会との連携事業を推進いたします。
Convening bilateral education conferences, conducting research on language pedagogy, and coordinating with boards of education.

Nichiei Shinkokai founded in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo
言語教育を通じた日本とアフリカ諸国の相互理解促進を目的として、任意団体として発足いたしました。
Established as a voluntary association to promote mutual understanding between Japan and African nations through language education.

一般社団法人格を取得
Incorporated as a General Incorporated Association
法人登記を完了し、「一般社団法人 日英振興会」として正式に事業を開始いたしました。
Registration completed; formal operations commenced under the corporate designation Ippan Shadan Hojin Nichiei Shinkokai.

Nairobi Regional Hub opened, Republic of Kenya
初のアフリカ拠点として開設。東アフリカ地域における募集、対面選考および資格審査体制を確立いたしました。
Our first African office, establishing recruitment, in-person selection and credential-verification capacity across East Africa.

First cohort of educators takes up posts in Japan
関東圏の中学校および高等学校を中心に、第1期教員が着任いたしました。
Inaugural cohort placed primarily in lower- and upper-secondary schools across the Kanto region.

ガーナ共和国アクラに地域拠点を開設
Accra Regional Hub opened, Republic of Ghana
西アフリカ地域への事業展開を開始。現地における赴任前研修プログラムを併設いたしました。
Expansion into West Africa, incorporating an in-country pre-departure training programme.

南アフリカ共和国ヨハネスブルグに地域拠点を開設
Johannesburg Regional Hub opened, Republic of South Africa
三拠点体制が完成。南部アフリカ地域における教員資格認定審査業務を開始いたしました。
Completion of the three-hub structure, adding teaching-qualification assessment for Southern Africa.

公立学校への安定的な人材供給体制を構築し、地方自治体との協働を本格化いたしました。

Integrated Three-Hub Training Centre enters operation
ナイロビ・アクラ・ヨハネスブルグの各拠点を結ぶ統合研修プログラムを開始し、赴任前教育の標準化を図りました。
